Summary:

“Better Than Home” is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located a short walk from downtown McCall (just under 1 mile) while still providing plenty of quiet and seclusion with a forested backyard. This single level condo has two beautiful bedroom and two full bathrooms so all four guests will have plenty of room to spread out. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and full closets stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The true beauty of this home is the hot tub, back patio and private, wooded backyard.

All you will need for your next McCall getaway is groceries. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for you and your guests. There is even an Infrared Gas Grill on the back patio. Depending on the time of year there are two eating options available one inside and one outside. Both spacious bedrooms provide plenty of drawer and closet space so you can feel like you are at home during your stay. Both bedrooms boast “hotel like” amenities with high end linens and towels they also have their own full bathroom with plenty of counter space and shower/tub combinations. After a long day of McCall adventure relax in the secluded hot tub and gaze out into the forest, you might even see some local wildlife (please don’t feed the local fox.) There is a walking path through the forest that will take you directly to everything that downtown McCall has to offer. For those looking to unwind and relax the living room has plenty of comfortable options. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with DVD and VCR. The hutch in the living room is filled with DVD’s, books and games as well as a stereo for the music buffs. Pleasant and calm

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the backyard surrounded by pine trees and playful squirrels in the morning. Really recommend this place. Everything is near by, nice and quiet area. Will come back to this home un the summer.

Great place for Fall

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the accommodations are very comfortable and we’re just right. We also love being in this area this time of year. The weather was not too hot, or too cold. And the property was simply comfy and beautiful. Having this area to come back to will be a pleasure.

Excellent short stay

This was our first time in Idaho. We came to celebrate our son’s birthday as he had been working out here. The condo had everything we needed, it was clean as a whistle and in a great centrally located spot. We loved the walk to town via the bike path, the hot tub and the quiet surrounds, great stay, thank you!

Great McCall Getaway

winter weekend stay

Although the place is slightly dated, it was perfect for our stay. Conveniently located close to town and to Brundage, fully stocked for all our needs and we even saw several deer passing by the property. The memory foam beds are also super comfortable. The only negative was the jacuzzi was overloaded with Bromine so the chemical smell was hard to handle, but we would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Hideaway

The locations was perfect! You felt his away in the woods but were right in the heart of McCall and just minutes from all the great eateries. Only blocks from the grocery store the kitchen was fully stocked so you could enjoy a quiet evening in. The beds were comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend “Better Than Home” as a great getaway in the beautiful town of McCall!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I came for a weekend anniversary trip and it was the perfect relaxing weekend. The kitchen was stocked with necessities for coffee making, cooking, etc. There was a grill (didn't use, but lovely to have the option). The hot tub was great, especially while watching the snowfall. Everything was clean, with no overpowering scent plug-ins to hide other questionable odors.

Another wonderful and comfortable stay in McCall at "Better Than Home". I've lost count of how many times I have stayed in this condo. Consistency is the key word...always very clean, neighborhood is quiet, condo is well-stocked and the furnishings are comfortable. Making reservations through Matt at McCall Outfitter is easy...I find no reason to stay anywhere else!
