"The staff was hospitable and attentive. In general, the room was clean and orderly. Stained carpet in the room and the carpets in the hallway were dirty which was not appealing. The chairs in the room were not comfortable seating and lacked any support for those with back issues. Food and beverages were available to purchase and the staff in that setting were also pleasant and hospitable. Lots of convenient parking and easy to access rooms. Laundry, pool, and exercise facilities were clean, well maintained and easy to access."

"The condo was clean and looks like it did in the pictures…cute and modern. The only problem was that it did not show the two flights of stairs leading up to the front door. With elderly parents, this makes it a bit of a challenge. It was also very small for the price we paid for a week. My mom couldn’t even fit both their suitcases in the closet because one side was taken up with a hot water heater. It was also very warm in the upstairs loft bedroom. The air conditioning didn’t really touch up there. One little thing that we also think would help make a difference is better paper products. The toilet paper and paper towels were thin and there wasn’t even any Kleenex. But the distance to town was great and the fact that we could bring our dog was fantastic."

"The house is exactly what you want if you are on vacation especially with children. We had 10 people and it was so comfortable. The house is really nice and decorated in a way that you are reminded you are on vacation. Being a mom with quite a few kids in tow we really appreciated the laundry pods and things that made it feel like home. 10/10 recommend."

"Beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. Just a couple things to note: the front door has got to be fixed! My husband was the only one that could successfully lock it. It's very hard to lock and unlock. Secondly, and mostly for those traveling with kids; upstairs is very creaky! Meaning those sleeping downstairs can hear every movement. It was interesting that the loft had a note that it was a hazard, but I don't believe that bed is counted for the number of guests anyhow, but still eerie that you have to walk through it to get to the bedroom. All in all, we had a nice stay and communication was great!"

"This place is amazing. Stunning view from the deck. Check in was easy. The place was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that there were fans, that was the one thing we forgot to bring. It was just a couple minutes to drive to the lake. We had the best family vacation!"
