"Upon arrival at The Carrick, there was a minor glitch. We were given keys to the room we had booked, but when we got to the room, it was apparent that housekeeping had not yet cleaned the room (i.e., beds not made, etc.). We went back to the front desk where they apologized and found us another room. It took about 5 minutes while they went to check out the new room before sending us there, but in the mean time we sat on the comfortable sofa in the lobby and enjoyed the snacks and cold drinks...

"Wonderful experience. The hotel is delightfully quirky, thoroughly charming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was small but comfortable and full of character. The bathroom was spotless. There is a huge common area in the hotel with full kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. We even had a ghost tour come through while we were sitting there! Didn't see any ghosts, though, unfortunately. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else next time we're in Bisbee."
