"The staff at the valet station and the check in desk were very helpful, friendly and professional. We had significant problems with the heating and air conditioning in our room. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to our issues with the room. Although we had problems with the room the fact that the staff was so helpful they rescued our stay. "

"Overall this is a solid, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Room was clean, bed very comfortable only problem was the air con which was centrally controlled. Cold for 3 nights, too warm last night. Breakfast was fresh and yummy! Just needs a few licks of paint and a well worth staying here visit. "

"I was very unhappy from when I arrived, the elevators were broken and we had to use the stairs to get to our hotel room. There was no one to check us into our room we had to use a system, then we were really trying to order food to our room and it was not easy at all through the app, and it took 2 hours to get our food and was 60 bucks just for one of the meals. When we went to check out it says the charges of resort fee and sales tax for 2 days and then added up to 112! I was very disappointed and wish I could get reimbursed with something but highly doubt that will happen, but I now know that I will not be returning to this hotel/casino ever again. "
