For some reason the front desk gentlemen could not give out more than 2 creamer packets at a time, including claiming that they couldn't find any (?) "Staff were very friendly and helpful, however room was not clean, dishwasher was disgusting, centrally controlled air circulation was set to heat which meant room was extremely hot and only way to cool down was to open the windows to a very noisy street with traffic and ambulances running all night. ..."
