Ihad an excellent stay at Hotel Poblado Plaza. The staff were very welcoming and always attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Old hotel with hidden charges and front desk staff who don’t even know what the hotel offers. They send information about airport transportation through text messages, but the help desk isn’t even aware of it. This is not a hotel worth staying at — they barely offer more than just a bed.
