I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was beautiful, quiet. The only downside was that the water didn’t get warm all the time. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

very peaceful stay and we were provided with everything we needed. the location is 10/10. no more than a 3 minute walk for essentials and great restaurants. beautiful view of the andes mountains from the room every morning and the rooftop and gym is a huge plus.

I had a really great stay here in Medellín. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and it quickly felt like a home rather than just a short-term rental. One of the highlights was the kitchen—it was large, functional, and had everything I needed to actually cook proper meals, which I really appreciated during a longer stay. The entire space was well maintained and thoughtfully set up, with comfortable furniture, plenty of room to relax, and everything I needed day to day. The location was convenient for getting around Medellín while still being a comfortable place to come back to and unwind. Communication was easy throughout the stay, and any questions or needs were handled quickly and professionally. Check-in and checkout were both straightforward with no unnecessary hassle. Overall, this was one of those stays where everything simply worked well. I was very comfortable here and would absolutely stay again the next time I’m in Medellín.

The hotel itself is nice and offers a great location. However, my biggest concern was the staff’s lack of professionalism and, more importantly, their disregard for guest privacy. The front desk staff openly discussed my personal information with people who came to visit me, speaking loudly and without any consideration for discretion or confidentiality. I also found it uncomfortable that staff members would frequently ask personal questions about my private life that were completely irrelevant to my reservation or stay. I brought these concerns directly to the manager, hoping the matter would be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, I did not receive an apology or any indication that meaningful improvements would be made. The overall response left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. While the hotel itself has a lot to offer in terms of location and accommodations, guest privacy, professionalism, and respect should be fundamental priorities in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, my experience in these areas fell well below my expectations.

This hotel is perfectly located in Laureles, with restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, bakeries, and bars all within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the area on foot. The terrace offers beautiful views and is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My only complaint was the bed. It was extremely firm and unfortunately made it difficult for us to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Kyux. The studio was very nice, spacious, and bigger than I expected — simple yet modern in design. The area was great as well, with local restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. It was easy to get around by taxi, and transportation was inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice!
