I have stayed many places in Medellín. This is probably my favorite. It is clean the staff is very nice and helpful and it is in a goog location there. There is a very nice coffee shop just outside the front door.

The room was perfect size and clean! I would be giving 5 stars but you had one staff member "George" that was a completely terrible person for all 5 days and does not deserve to be providing any type of customer service. All the other staff especially Vanessa were amazingly great!

Very poor service. They didn’t provide anything to wash the dishes with. We were left outside for 20 minutes because the receptionist wasn’t there; we tried calling, but there was no answer—she only opened the door once she finally came down. They wouldn’t allow me to have any visitors, and my room was never cleaned during my entire stay, even though I put out a sign requesting that it be cleaned.

Fabulous room with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed, hot water in the shower and a strong wifi connection. Close to Estadio metro station and La Setenta for food and nightlife. Staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Light sleepers might find the neighborhood a bit loud. There are many local restaurants along Calle 43 (just head away from La 70) for lunch and dinner.

3/4 of the room face the stadium and depending on whats in the stadium it could be noisy until the wee hours of the morning and it can be loud . For me it was 145 am. The rear rooms facing south are way better. Hall noise depends on the guests but the doors are not sound proof in any way Nice restaurant next door for breakfast and lunch Modern building, industrial design, the area is decent and close to most things walking Staff are great

This hotel is new and great looking but its not sound proof. Talking in the hallways and at the elevator is like being in the room. Several nights you would think people were in your room talking. There's no signs for people to be quiet and respect others which should be common sense but apparently it isn't. Who talks like it's the middle of the day after midnight. I didn't sleep well here and wont return. Staff are all great and speak English

This is a new building and although well built its subjected to people who slam door all night and the apartment has the plumbing from the room above hanging into the apartment. Water is louder from above than having your own shower which is just wrong. I had a room just off the elevator and the hall to room noise is poor. When leaving the room the hallway has automatic lights which don't come on until your almost at the elevator. So several steps in pitch black

Ive been here before and didn't have an issue with noise apart from selfish guests talking loud in the hallways late at night. This stay brought a whole new level of noise from the stadium that I've never experienced anywhere before. One night there was an event and the lights shined into the room late into the morning but little noise other than cheering and it ended late in the evening. Another night just lights on all night shinning directly at the building. The next night a concert or a practice until 145 am. Of course by this time I'm not able to sleep and essential could have just stayed out all night instead of trying to sleep. It's really disappointing the city doesn't have a noise bylaw for a reasonable termination. 145 am is atrocious. It was like being at the concert, I could feel vibrations in the room. They say no one has ever complained but i bet i wasn't the first not to sleep well because of the noise and light. The windows also dont close properly and they whistle with the wind. I noticed the design is also opened to the environment permanently. The bathroom is only a screen to the outside so if the nights are cold you'll be cold. This is otherwise a nice building which is why i returned. It's an industrial design where everything is exposed concret and exposed pipes. You can hear water from the apartments above draining.

Lamentablemente cuando llegue no habia aire acondicionado y la limpeza no era la mejor, me cambie de hotel porque realmente no cumplio para nada las espectativas, hasta los cristales estaban sucios. No hay una persona de recepcion siempre, hay que escribirle para que llegue. El lugado donde esta ubucado en lo personal no transmitia confianza, Estas fueron algunas de las razones por las cuales decidi cambiar de hotel en la segunda noche.
