Quiet location in old house with pretty garden

Great location - away from craziness, but only a short downhill walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was pretty, but too cold for us. Room needs updating. A/c didn’t work.

Au calme tout en étant proche des animations.

Hôtel situé dans une rue calme à une dizaine de minutes des rues animées du quartier El Poblado. Petit déjeuner servi à l'assiette copieux. Chambre simple mais propre. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine à cause du mauvais temps... Dommage

Finns så mycket potential, men dålig personal

Under all kritik. Står städ varje dag samt restaurang. Glöm de, bodde 6nätter fick städat 2. Frukost var det ända som serverades. Inget annat. Städningen var otroligt dålig, spindelnär i garderob, inget städ på toalett under hela vistelsen. Riktigt skitigt under sängen. Våra filtar var alltid fläckiga. Fick handduk till händerna efter 3dagar. Och efter andra städningen fanns det bara badlakern igen i olika kvaliteter och storlek. Personalen var väldigt bittra, förrutom kvällspersonslen som var hur trevlig som helst. Inget kylskåp på rummet. Vi bad om ett första dagen, fock det den andra dagen, de fungerade inte. Så 3dagen fixade dom de. Slitet ställe med stor potential! Hade det varit intresserad och duktig personal hade allt varit mycket bättre. Fick rum bredvid receptionen, var en glipa på 3cm från golv till dörrkarm. Man hörde allt och alla som passerade samt ringklockan in på området. Poolområdet var trevligt, ej uppvärmd och inga solstolar. Var en riktig besvikelse detta hotel. Läget är ändå rätt så bra, en backe upp till hotellet från den levande stadspulsen. Tyvärr inte värt att bo här
