I would like to talk to customer service about issuing a refund for my poor experience. My fiancé & I are having renovations done to our house, so we rented a King-Size room for 4x Nights at the Budget Inn in Medford. Upon arrival, we were charged a $60.00 deposit, rather than the $50.00 deposit as advertised. We had to request to be moved to another room, as the AC unit was omitting hazardous gases that smelled of freon and the room was uncleaned. The room we were moved into was something they should've arranged by default for anyone paying $300+; However, nearly all of the outlets didn't work. We were alarmed to find a locked, connected room with a light and obnoxious fan that ran all night, which was incredibly suspicious and disturbing to our sleep. Upon check out, the owner mentioned my room was so dirty (to-go food boxes, nothing unusual) and asked me to remove all trash before he would return my $60.00 deposit. I found him incredibly rude, and the rooms inadequate. I would like a refund!
