1st Floor:
Guest Room 1: 1 king bed
Lost Boys Room: 4 twin beds + 3 full beds
Guest Room 2: 1 queen bed + 1 set of full-size bunk beds
Guest Room 3: 2 full beds
Speakeasy: pull-out queen bed

2nd Floor:
Princess Room: 1 queen bed + en-suite bathroom
Cleveland Room: 1 king bed + en-suite bathroom
Master Bedroom: 1 king bed + en-suite bathroom

Important Hunting Considerations:
Licenses and Permits: In addition to a hunting license, you need a specific either-sex deer permit or deer management permit.
Regulations: Always check the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) site for the most up-to-date regulations before you hunt, as rules can change annually.
Equipment: Expandable and mechanical broadheads are legal for use.
Bag Limits: Bag limits vary by county, so be sure to check the specifics for your area.

Important Notes
$1,500 security deposit required (hold placed 2 days prior to arrival)
No unauthorized parties or events; unapproved events incur full event fee
Quiet hours after 10 PM per city ordinance
No smoking indoors – $200/day fine for violations
$150 fee if hot tub requires draining/cleaning due to misuse
Garage doors must remain closed and are not to be opened at any time during your stay.
Please take the trash bags to the dumpster in the front parking lot. A $100 fee will apply if trash is not disposed of properly.
