The overall stay was good. The people manning the front desk were excellent at addressing our concerns. They were helpful at finding us a good place to eat. Our TV did not work. They first tried to fix it, with no luck, then changed our room.

Check the motor sports schedule next door when reserving here. Lots of motorcycle noise 6-10pm during our stay. Good clean room, elevator not functioning for second floor, good hot breakfast.

My favorite hotel in Ohio! Medina is centrally located between Akron and Cleveland. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have been to this hotel many times when traveling to visit my daughter. The breakfast is great and offers many choices- both hot and cold. There is always hot coffee or tea available. The property is very clean and the pool area is pristine and stocked with towels. The gym is also modern and easy to access and use. There is ample parking if you have your own vehicle or a rental car. Finally, I would definitely return again!!

The property was quiet and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I missed not having fresh fruit. Also, I was surprised by the surprise $20 a night security fee. They said it would be refunded about 5-10 business days after I leave. I understand that they have to insure that no damage was done to the room, but I wish I had known about the charge in advance.

All staff I’ve encountered have been very helpful and kind. The rooms and corridors are immaculate. Always a pleasure to stay at Fairfield Inn. It’s located so close to my grandkids and downtown. Couldn’t be better.

Perfect for our group.

The hotel was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There was a good variety of good for breakfast. We were there with a sports team so it was nice to have the lobby to hang out in the evening.

We stay here often and it is always clean, especially the rooms. The only disappointment with this visit was the internet. It was not good. Lots of drops, Netflix was so sluggish we gave up using it.

We have stayed here several times. It remains very clean, which we appreciate very much. The only thing we would like to suggest is that there needs to be more than one luggage cart for the entire facility.

The stay was great but just a word of warning…

The bed was comfy, the room was clean. I will say, I was placed in a handicap accessible room, which is fine. I had no issue with that. However, taking a shower I almost slipped in the tub and after the shower, despite putting a towel down, when I stepped onto the tile after drying off I nearly slipped and fell again. Whatever your staff cleans the floors with needs to be rinsed and dried thoroughly. As some with a regular gait, slipping is just a little funny. However, if anyone using that room does not have a regular gait could fall and injure themselves greatly if they slipped on a tile with fresh steam and cleaning residue caked on it. I was fine, the next guest may not be. Just something to think about.
