"Location of the property made it easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and museums. Loved the terrace on the top floor at night with the fountains that provided a getaway from getaway. Staff were polite and warm welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and of high quality. We will be returning to this hotel and will be recommending it to both friends and family alike."

"Great variety of food, and very tasty too. It was also very easy to access the food options at different places inside the resort. Clean rooms and facilities. Great for family. We used the beach, pools, and water slides--they were all great. Also enjoyed the shows at night."

"Tout est parfait, chambre King avec terrasse, Staff réception propreté literie impeccable Seul bémol: dommage que la chambre qui nous ait été attribuée soit orientée sud / sud-est: du coup soleil toute la journée ( compliqué en plein été de s’y installer) et vis à vis avec l’hôtel dear qui se trouve en face Pour le reste comme d’habitude tout est parfait À signaler pour les frileux température piscine fraîche, mais vu les 36 degrés extérieur en ce qui me concerne idéal. Rooftop blindé entre 20 et 22h par les visiteurs extérieurs qui se photographient 😳, mieux vaut attendre la tombée de la nuit pour avoir une place assise ou table plus facilement"

"The hotel is big and beautiful. Sometimes they take too long at reception but theyre helpful and polite. They have a scale to weigh luggage which was much needed. I loved the design of the room but the layout was horrible. I LOVE all things light and bright but almost in the center of the room was a big, wonderful mirror with a ring light, right above the sink, blocking all the natural light. At night there is a sitting area right before the bed that is very dark because they only have small lamps on the nightstand. No lights on that side, not in the ceiling, not on the wall. The lighting in the corridor is blocked by the mirror, so barely any light reaches the bed. I dont like that. Other than that housekeeping was good, the location was nearby many travel options (bus, tram, train), a mall is not too far, and Lidl is also close by. We had everything we needed. We didnt get to do pool or spa. At checkout I was charged for taxes per person, per night, but they charged a huge, incorrect fee that is pending being refunded. I recommend and will stay again, hopefully in a room with better lighting."
