"Pros: Room and bathroom looked clean and new, no bad smells. Bed linens and towels looked clean, did not see any stains. Good sink with double faucets. Nice pool at the rooftop and not too crowded. Housekeeping was fast at bringing things to the room when requested, for example towels or toothbrushes. Got upgraded room for free. Reception had good English and overall flexible and accommodating, for example with the check-in process and some surprise. Very good location close to everything. Cons: Water pressure from the shower should be at least 5 times more powerful (10 times more powerful at another hotel in the same city), which was surprising since the pressure from the sink was good enough. High price for the drinks at the pool and lack of hot meal options. Sealed new toilet paper rolls would be better, like at some hotels I have been to. Multiple times didn't get extra towels while being away although the reception had agreed to that. Didn't get later checkout. The cons can easily be addressed, and would be needed for a perfect score in my opinion. Did not try out the breakfast. Overall a good hotel in a very central location."

"Superb hotel for the price. Excellent amenity and the full board restaurant (Panora) is excellent, plenty of variety. The best gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel and high quality saunas. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Highly rate this hotel"
Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace - All Inclusive

"This was my first all-inclusive resort experience, and I’m really glad it was at Swandor Topkapi Palace. Before coming, I had read that the resort had received numerous hospitality awards over the years, including World Luxury Hotel Awards and recognition at the World Luxury Restaurant Awards, so I had fairly high expectations — and overall, the experience lived up to them. I was also travelling with a friend who has stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and according to him, Swandor compared very well with others he has visited. Another friend of mine who works in the travel industry considers it one of the better resorts in its price category, and after staying here I can understand why. The water slides were great, the pools were excellent, the entertainment was fun, and the beach was very enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the restaurants and the huge variety and quality of the food. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and overall the resort felt very well organized. For a first all-inclusive experience, it definitely set the bar high for me. We had a great stay and I would absolutely recommend Swandor Topkapi Palace."

"This property was unique and beautiful. The staff were incredible. I had a poolside room, which was absolutely the best choice for us. Simply walk around the corner for breakfast, which we had included, which you should do. Our room had a full kitchen, even a washer dryer combo. Definitely get the cleaning service. And ask for more toilet paper that’s all. It was simply incredible. We will definitely go to another property of theirs."
