"Our host met us at the clock tower to bring us to the parking location. We were given an apple tea on arrival while we were checking in. Great on a cooler day. Our room was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was small but functional. Great location on the river. Easy walking distance to everything. The rooms ( I had to be moved as I extended my stay) were so comfortable- had the right space, were so clean, and the lighting was adequate (not always so in hotels in Turkey, I find). The location of the hotel is ideal, with the river right outside the window. Breakfast was good. The staff were always pleasant and ready to help; even taking me to the bus terminal when I left!! I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff; I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended. "
