Der Zustand des Hauses ist beklagenswert, überall liegt noch Material von der letzten Renovierung herum. Vieles ist defekt, u.a. liegen Lichtschalter frei, Lampen sind nicht angeschlossen und defekte Teile davon einfach mit einem roten Kreuz markiert.
