"The staff was amazing! We were allowed to check in a bit early bc our room was ready when we arrived, after a long trip. They were so kind and accommodating. We also forgot a phone in the room at check out. The staff found it and held it for us for 2 days until we were able to retrieve it. The location is amazing, the staff is wonderful, the room was great!"

"This was our first stay in Savannah, Ga. I traveled with my husband and two sons. I selected this property due to the proximity to the squares. It is a bit of a walking distance to the river area, but we didn’t mind! The staff were all so wonderful and added to the stay. The room was clean as well as the other areas in the hotel. The bar was a nice place to grab a quick drink before heading out for the evening. I opted for valet parking, but want to make a point to say that there is a parking garage right next to the hotel so you can park yourself, but the valet staff were just the best."

"The staff was friendly. We ordered room service the food arrived fast it was hot and delicious. The one thing I didn't like was having to pay 45.00 a night for self parking. I think that's ridiculous to have to pay that much to park your own car and have no type of security to try to insure the vehicles and secure"
