"I would rate even higher, but the rating window was not meant for iPhone screen5 Star place, Thomas is a great commentator and for us 3 gals we were extremely comfortable. We cooked 3 nights and the grill and kitchen worked perfect. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people who wave and even stopped to chat. WiFi worked very well and TV has all apps to binge watch programs of your choosing. This has been our second year year coming to fish San Juan River."

"It was a a wonderful peaceful stay in a clean cabin with a stocked kitchen for cooking, washer/dryer, and a wonderful porch that we sat out in watching the geese fly in. Would stay again!"

"we really enjoyed our stay. very clean and well equipted. thought it was a bit more "rural" than i experienced but after a brief moment of adjustment enjoyed the rjuralness that was there includingh a nice outside eating/relaxing area under the trees and with a nice sky view. if going thru the area again would definely stay. also nice walk location along the irrigation canals and fields."

"Our stay was excellent! There were plenty of clean linens, easy to follow instructions for check in and check out, and my daughter adored the bee decor. Kelly was super responsive and helpful when we had to reschedule our trip. The location was great for a visit to Chaco Canyon. I would highly recommend this Vrbo stay for families!"

"A lovely post and beam home fully furnished with everything you’d need to make yourself comfortable! Very clean and situated right on the river (caught 3 beautiful brown trout!)We three elderly sisters fished every day in various locals close to the property and couldn’t have asked for a better “home” to come back to.Frank next door was welcoming and helpful and added a plus to this rental.Ry responded immediately when we had a question!Others should take a lesson in how to run a property such as this one!We loved it and plan on returning!Joyce, Carol, and Mary….the “Guppy Sisters “"
