"We had issues with our reservation which were not the hotel's fault. Staff was patient and helpful in getting the issues worked out. Five stars seems like not enough for the help they gave when we got there. They had a parking spot for Veterans, the pillows were perfect, the towels were thick, the water pressure and shower head was refreshing, and staff was quick to respond. Breakfast consisted only of muffins, granola bars, and coffee, but all were fresh. It was like management paid attention to the little important things that would make a stay pleasant. "

"This was a very enjoyable experience for us. Due to my husbands medical conditions we have not been able to travel much. This was our first vacation rental experience. Everything in the rental was easy to move around and access. With a little help he managed the two steps easily. The kitchen and dining areas were roomy and well stocked with needed items. We enjoyed the smart TV but the ultimate experience was the outdoor sitting area. The stunning view of the river and all the items provided for our comfort and enjoyment was overwhelming. Our grandchildren attending NSU came to hang out with us in between homecoming activities. Our son is a NSU alumni as well. We love this place and will hopefully return someday."
