"I wasn’t expecting much but I was very impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of this hotel. I’ve never considered La Quinta as an extended stay location but this property changed my mind. The breakfast every morning was excellent and the staff was always polite and professional. If my future plan include Bentonville I will be sure to stay here again. "

"The hotel is well kept. Every employee I spoke with in the hotel and casino was great. Room was clean and comfortable. No pool, would have been nice to have, but knew it going in. Great food options. "

"Extremely filthy room, smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, rude staff, attempting to add unnecessary charges."

"Our assigned room was on the third floor; however the elevator was out of service. After hauling a couple of suitcases up two floors it was obvious that we would not be able to stay. I am 86 yrs old and my wife is 79. The desk clerk said that he understood but that since I booked the hotel through Expedia he could not refund our money. He told us that Expedia would have to call the hotel. Since we were there for our granddaughter's college graduation we had to find another hotel (with a functional elevator). Our efforts to contact Expedia failed. The Expedia computer seemed not to have a record of this hotel reservation. I will continue to try to find a phone number for customer service."
