"The staff was amazing - there was a situation in our hallway one night and the staff apologized and gave us a free breakfast to compensate for something out of their control. The restaurant onsite is fabulous. Would definitely stay again. Room was clean and large!"

"The location was perfect for what we wanted to accomplish on this trip. From the check-in to our check-out the staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was quite good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I am especially picky about pillows, and these were perfect. Temperature control in the room was very satisfactory. For $5, the breakfast was okay, I have had better free breakfast at other locations, but it was convenient, service was very courteous and I didn't have to leave the property and find something in an unknown neighborhood, so...."

"Our room was beautiful, we stay at this hotel very often, but the breakfast sure has went down hill lately. You can’t call it a breakfast anymore. Toast, yogurt, and cereal is a snack unfortunately. Other than that we really like this hotel and will stay again."

"The room was clean. We requested a 2 queens but the housekeeping staff did not make up any of the queen rooms so we settled for a king. We both love big, overstuffed pillows and found them to be small-not a deal breaker but we would have loved more. We did not eat at there. The staff was friendly but you could tell that something wasn't quite right. Our parking was not secured for the second night which was very upsetting since we were downtown. "
