The Grand Hotel Victoria is an absolutely beautiful hotel and property in a perfect location in Menaggio. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and top notch. The property and its associated beach club are beautifully maintained. We had a marvelous stay and look forward to a return.

The staff were so inviting and helpful. Our room was so clean and thoughtfully designed with a great welcome gift from the hotel which was such a nice surprise. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and all I have to say is WOW from the service to the food it was a great experience. The property itself was beautifully taken care of and was just steps away from the piazza.

Fabulous hotel with superb staff who went out of their way to make us happy. The spa and pool are amazing. Minor niggles . We felt that the restaurant food could have been better at this price point and the lighting control system in our room was overly complicated.

Beautiful hotel with a courteous staff and wonderful spa. However, the pool is just average and the beach club, which is very nice, is located 3/8 mile from the hotel with no discount for hotel guests. Also note that the ferry times at night from Bellaghio and Verrena are limited after 7:00 PM

Cannot recommend this property enough. Rooms are spacious & new. Staff goes above and beyond and are always available for any request. Definitely a splurge but they go out of their way to ensure a flawless stay! I was highly impressed & wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Misleading photos. There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice. But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure

The spa, we were speechless! The staff AMAZING, all they wanted was for you to have a wonderful stay. Great hospitality!! Food was wonderful, we even got an upgrade! At the end, there was a confusion with the bus arrivals but honestly we know it wasn’t the staff’s fault. Would 100% go back.
