The house is located above the Tappeiner Promenade at Zenoberg in a beautiful, sunny location, surrounded by vineyards and idyllic countryside with superb views of the city of Merano and surroundings. The apartments have been renovated and refurbished.

On the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the city of Merano and the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity is a family run guest house where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. A little further away is a typical, traditional restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Below on the Tappeiner promenade is an idyllic Caffe restaurant.

In about 15 Minutes to reach the city center of Merano with the parish church (250 steps) you reach the house in which you follow the yellow Hotel Route of Dorf Tirol. More information is available on the website of the Tourism Association Dorf Tirol at www. dorf-tirol. it

Das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Meran war immer wieder großartig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung ist Durchschnitt, an einigen Stellen etwas provisorisch.

Perfekte Lager oberhalb von Meran

Eine einfache, aber zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die überraschend vielen Möglichkeiten, Kleider unterzubringen. Wir konnten gar nicht alles belegen. Super. Die Wohnung liegt super oberhalb von Meran und nach ein paar Stufen oder einem Umweg über den Tappeinerweg ist man gemütlich unten. Knödelglück und Saxifraga sind um die Ecke. Uns hats gefallen.

Meran liegt Dir zu Füßen

Ein sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Meran und Dorf Tirol ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Abwicklung mit der Wohnung sehr unbürokratisch. Es wäre schön, wenn für die Aussenstühle auch Auflagen zur Verfügung gestellt werden würden. Ich kann die FeWo nur empfehlen

Schöne Aussicht

Super Aussicht vom Balkon. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, ein paar Utensilien fehlten in der Küche (z.B. Messer zum Gemüse schneiden). Gute Lage, Meran in 10 min zu Fuß per Treppen zu erreichen. Zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer war kein Problem. Die Adresse war (per Navi/Google Maps) nicht zu finden, auf die Anreisebeschreibung achten. Aber unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Es war sehr heiß im August, das Freibad in Dorf Tirol ist da sehr zu empfehlen.

Lage Lage Lage

Fantastiche Lage der Wohnung. Schneller Zugang zu Stadt und zu Tappeiner Promenade. Die Sicht... unbeschreiblich. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, der Empfang sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Südtirol Turistenkarte war bares Geld wert: freier Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (nach Bozen, nach Mals, und weiter...) und zu vielen Museen und Schlössern in der Gegend. Es war unser erstes Mal in Meran, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal, und wir würden definitiv wieder in die Wohnung wohnen wollen.

1 Woche Meran

1 Woche Meran bei wunderbarem Wetter und einem sehr schönen Ausblick aus der Ferienwohnung direkt auf die Altstadt von Meran. Nur wenige Meter trennten uns vom Tappeiner Weg, den wir mehrere Male gingen. Wer bereits öfters Meran besucht hat, kennt diese sehr schöne Promenade, die immer wieder zum verweilen einlädt. Ebenso lädt die Altstadt zum flanieren und zu einem Besuch in einem Kaffee oder Restaurant ein. Leider verging die Zeit viel zu schnell. Was gibt es über die Ferienwohnung zusagen. Bis auf die Ausstattung der Küche in der doch das ein oder andere gefehlt hat, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden was die Ferienwohnung betrifft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Die Lage und Panoramabild sehr gut.Sehr gute Start zum wandern und auch de Stadt zu erkunden.

Die Wohnung und die Aussicht sehr schön! Das Inventar vom Wohnzimmer müsste dringend erneuert werden! Sehr ungemütlich und uralt ! Sonst hat alles gepasst! Vielleicht noch mehr Handtücher, wäre schön gewesen!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Obwohl es recht warm war während unseres Aufenthalts dort, ließ es sich in der Wohnung gut aushalten: Zur Abschattung Rollladen vor den Fenstern und über dem Balkon zusätzlich zu dem Dachüberstand auch noch eine Markise.

Meranblick

Diesen Namen trägt das Objekt zurecht. Phantastische Lage ,in einer Sackgasse gelegen, direkt über dem berühmten Tappeiner Weg. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Für Paare, die einen direkten Zugang zur Stadt haben wollen sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöner Blick auf Meran

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles war vorhanden. Sie ist geräumig, hat große Fenster mit einem tollen Blick auf Meran und die Berge, Küche neu eingerichtet, schöner Balkon. Der Vermieter hat uns freundlich empfangen und viele nützliche Tipps zu Restaurants in der Umgebung und Unternehmungen gegeben. Besonders haben wir uns über den eigenen Rotwein und die Äpfel gefreut. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Meran und man muss einige Stufen oder Serpentinen hochlaufen. Dafür ist dann der Blick und die Ruhe unbezahlbar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein paar sehr schöne Restaurants mit toller Küche - Felsenkeller, Knödelglück, Saxifraga und auch bei Villa Gant konnte man auch lecker essen. In der Villa Gant kann man ggf. auch frühstücken. Der Standort ist ideal für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Panoramablick auf Meran

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen die 260 Stufen von Meran auf den Zenoberg in Kauf zu nehmen, zumal es auch noch alternative Routen ohne Stufen nach oben gibt. Man wird sensationell entlohnt und kann den ganzen Tag oder Abend das Panorama der Stadt Meran und der dahinter liegenden Bergkette genießen. Ein Fernseher ist hier nicht nötig, die Stadt hat einiges zu bieten, man kann logenähnlich Konzerte an der Therme selbst bei dieser Entfernung noch genießen, zumal der Balkon auch bei schlechtem Wetter durch die Überdachung genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche und Bad sind neu und für 2 Personen gerade richtig, es können aber noch 2 weitere im Wohnzimmer auf dem Ausziehsofa übernachten. Alles in allem eine der besten Ferienwohnungen in Meran, sollten wir wiederkommen, dann wieder in den Meranblick am Zenoberg.
