Just a few meters from the most important promenades of the city such as the Tappeiner Promenade, Gilfpromenade, the Lungo Passirio promenade and in December you will find the Christmas Market nearby. You are almost in Via dei Portici and a few steps away from the Spa with its swimming pools and wellness centers ! The location of the apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the old town on foot! In Merano you have also the possibility to visit the Trauttmansdorff Castle of the princess Sissi with its unique gardens and museum, the majestic Castle Tyrol, Princely Castle, etc.. Do not miss this great opportunity! The location of our apartment gives you accessibility to all amenities (public transport, tourist office, etc.)! Numerous restaurants, bars, stores and typical restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You are only 10 minutes walk from the train station, from here you can get to any tourist place!

Our apartment is perfect for up to 4 people, is located on the 1st floor of the building and is completely new! Composed of living room with sofa bed for 2 people, table and chairs, LCD TV with satellite and free WIFI. In the same room you will find the kitchenette (kitchen) which is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, glasses, American coffee machine, moka, cutlery and pots for cooking. The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet (view of the inner courtyard).The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Towels (face and shower) and sheets are included. On your request we provide a crib (with sheets) at no extra charge. Final cleaning NOT included.
