Es un lugar hermoso, tranquilo y el servicio es muy amable. Al llegar en medio de una tormenta y un apagon de electricidad nos enviaron a un hotel cercano con planta electrica que estaba muy bonito y nos respetaron las reservaciones. Muchas gracias por una estancia muy placentera. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Nice pool and very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are poorly maintained, our bathroom was every day out of service and needed to be reported to staff constantly. Lot of mosquitos in the room.

Es mi segunda vez aqui, me encanta el lugar, tranquilo, el personal muy atento y Juan excelente servicio, siempre pendiente y rapido, muy variadas las opciones de desayuno.. Lo que no nos agrado fue que no tuvieran mas opciones de comida y cena en el restaurante, ni tienen opciones de snack en el bar. Tambien ibanmos a realizar el tour en caballos y no estaba disponible.Aun asi el tour es muy bonito y relajante.

We asked 3 times to have the safe in our room made operational, but that never happened. The blind was broken and wasn’t fixed. They charge oldie drinking water. They are also quite uncomfortable with LGBT couples. Lovely as the pool is, I wouldn’t recommend this to any of my friends.

Hôtel superbe, nous avons été upgradé dans l'hacienda. Beaucoup de charme, la piscine est charmante et le personnel adorable. Seul bémol : le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé et on vous indique un établissement loin et cher. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et servi au bord de la piscine.

Muy agradable la estancia en general pero hacia falta mantenimiento a la puerta de nuestro baño y hacía un ruido muy fuerte al abrir y cerrar. Y las ventilas que dan al pasillo genera que se escuche todo el ruido de las personas que pasan fuera de la habitación

Fue todo estupendo. Te reubican por pandemia en The Lodge at Uxmal. Lo único que creo que estaba un poco dejado y el personal sin mucha gana… pero sitio está fenomenal.

The location is perfect directly accords from the park. The resort grounds are beautiful. You definitely need to bring a rental car to explore all of the near by Cenotes and Mayan ruins. I would stay again.

The best location to visit Uxmal without crowd

Originally I booked stay at Casa del Mago but finally got room at Uxmal lodge hotel which was excellent (Casa del Mago is inaccessible during Covid). All was great: location walking distance from Mayan ruins, good room, pool, jungle around and very good breakfast ( not included at room rate) Recommended without doubts

The lodge at Uxmal à la place. Top.

Séjour passé à The lodge at Uxmal à la place de La case del mago. Donc upgradés. Très bien situé avec le site archéologique en face, le musée Story of choco à côté à pied. Endroit très sympa avec de beaux bâtiments bien intégrés dans la forêt, 2 piscines, restaurant pour le petit déj, un autre repas ou prendre un verre très bien.

Dos noches en uxmal

El hotel esta cerrado nos recololacaron. Perfecta ubicacion en frente de las ruinas de uxmal. Restaurante con buena comida. Y buenis precios. Realize la escursion en land rover con besain nuestro guia todo un acierto. Genial lo recomiendo totalmente cama comodas limpieza aire acondicionado silencioso.

Great stay next to the archeological sote

El hotel El Mago ya no esta funcionando, pero nos redirigieron à otro hotel qué esta justo a la entrada a la zona arqueológica de Uxmal. El hotel al que nos enviaron es mucho muy lindo, super limpio y con una atención muy buena. Totalmente recomendable.

We only stayed 1 night to visit Uxmal. We actually stayed at the main lodge, because of Covid the other buildings are shut down. Property and rooms were beautiful, staff was very friendly. Food and drink at the restaurant were good as well.

Beautiful and perfect location

La Casa Del Mago is actually directly next to the Hacienda Uxmal plantation. As we had stayed there the night before the reception extended our stay. So we did not stay in the Casa Del Mago. The hacienda is beautiful and amazing. I think probably a nicer option Directly opposite the Uxmal ruines

Arnaque surclassement + fuir le bungalow

Ce sont des menteurs! A tous ceux qui pensent etre surclassés, c'est une arnaque. Le Casa Del Mago n'existe plus et tous les clients sont logés dans la Hacienda Uxmal. Ils font toute une comédie pour nous faire croire qu'ils nous surclassent mais ce n'est pas vrai. Ne réservez surtout pas "le bungalow" c'est une petite cabane miteuse au fond du parc, avec un toit en feuilles de palmiers, avec lézards et compagnie. Les moustiquaires y sont toutes déchirées, et la salle de bain est aux 4 vents, si bien qu'il y a plein de feuilles dedans. Sinon l'hotel "hacienda uxmal" est agréable, mais les salles de bains très vieillissantes : vieux rideau de douche autour de la baignoire et vieilles robineteries. Il n'y a pas de véritables fenetres, il s'agit juste d'une moustiquaire qui d'ailleurs tombe au moindre courant d'air, et de petites lames de volets rabatables. Donc la chambre n'est pas du tout "étanche" sur l'extérieur. Si cela ne vous pose pas de problème, vous pouvez réserver, sinon passez votre chemin. Mis à part cela, le parc arboré est agréable, la piscine aussi, le site de Uxmal est tout proche, il y a un restaurant sur place avec des musiciens très sympas : ce sont les seuls atouts de cet hotel.
