NAVONA is the best and most excellent hotel I have ever stayed. Hakan bey the general manager, Sevgi hanım the receptionist are real good professionals. All staff are very successful in customer relations. It is a hotel where you can always stay safely.

Present hotel in Mercin

Overall, the hotel was pleasant. It was situated in a great location, close to the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff members were friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. The power outlet on the balcony was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was acceptable but could have offered a few better hot food options instead of just fried items.

Suite is not a suite just a normal room charged overpriced rate. Room ac not working. Room window latch broken and not secure. Room tired. Bathtub front hanging off, loose. Room not had proper clean in ages. Wouldnt stay again. For the price, far better value for money options in Mersin

Un bon emplacement. Un excellent confort grand lit parfait. Vue mer sur deux faces idéale. Piscine parfaite. Petit déjeuner énorme et varié. Personnel très disponible. Dimension de la chambre vaste. Parking sans souci.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck,das Frühstück war ausreichend gut,freundliches Personal. Das was zu bemängeln wäre ddas man Anfang August kein Pool in Betrieb hatte ,das wahr sehr schade.

Valla konumu çok güzel çarşının tam göbeğinde işlek bir Cadde üzerinde otelin girişi harika büyük ve sizi sıkmıyor süit odada kalmama rağmen çok çok güzeldi diyemem ama idare eder bu fiyata kalabileceğiniz temiz bir otel balboy ları çok Güler yüzlü valla resepsiyonda çalışan beylerden daha Güler yüzlü 3 günlük bir iş seyahati için kalmıştım ama genel olarak memnun kaldım fiyat endeksli düşünen arkadaşlar hiç düşünmeden kalabilirler gayet rahat ve güzel bir otel

Önemli Tavsiyeler

Düğün Sonrası 2 gece kaldığım otelde özellikle düğün sonrası olmasına ve belirtmeme rağmen otel yetkilileri gerekli hassasiyeti göstermediler bununla beraber son kaldığım gecede elektriklerin gitmesi tamamen fiyaskoydu ve gecemizi rezil etti. Saat gece 2 gibi teknik ekip oda olmaz dedi. Velhasıl kalan son gecemiz ise rezil oldu. Kesinlikle TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM....

Great hotel, very relaxing

I was supposed to stay for 5 days, but I decided to extend my stay. It's close to the board walk. You can walk to the Marina, Forum, and many other cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very clean and the staff was really friendly.

Navona Tek gece

Odaya ilk girildiğinde sigara kokusu hissediliyordu. ayrıca 3 kişi olduğumuz için ve banyoda yalnızca 2 adet havlu olduğu için extra havlu istediğimizde ancak 4.aramamızda getirildi. Banyodaki duşun üst duş başlığı çalışmıyordu. Bunlar dışında herşey güzeldi :)
