You can’t see the ocean view at all

All the pictures had ocean view but there was not ocean view at all, I think it was in breakfast room but doors to there was locked all the time. We wake up to loud noices from the hallway and from other ppl rooms. The room itself was nice and clean.

Almost nothing open in Messina

The location was close to the Regional museum which I wanted to see but quite a distance from other sites. I expected things to be closed for Ephinany but Sunday was the same. Not sure if it’s because of off- season or Sunday. Hard to find anything open - even the tobacco stores were closed so couldn’t buy tram tickets

The building reminds one of Brazil/Rio in architecture. Great dining/congress room with lovely balcony overlooking the beach/water. Interior very modern/trendy/stylish. The lady co-owner was very helpful & took pity on us giving a lift to a restaurant. That was a Great touch! Quite far to walk from the train station (~1hr walk with luggage) whereas very easy to use the tram (can buy ticket onboard) and get off at Stop Brasil which is only ~100m from Ciaru. Building exterior needs some work. Check-in process etc. handled by WhatsApp in advance which turned out very convenient when you're fore-warned/experience it as otherwise a little off-putting with notifications about charges for XY&Z. The reality was a nice pleasant stay! Interesting entrepreneurial effort, deserve support, I wish them well.

Messina très près du traghetto(traversier). Endroit stratégique pour traverser en Calabre. Ciauru Design B&B offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. Luigi est attentionné et ses instructions sont claires. L'endroit est très bien sécurisé. Notre chambre était très bien. Clim, bouilloire, lit confortable. La salle commune pour les repas est très bien aménagée et le balcon donnant vue sur le port est un atout surtout au coucher du soleil. Tôt le matin, la vie portuaire est une belle expérience. À quelques pas au nord, le Musée régional est un trésor méconnu. Impressionnant. Boutiques de vêtements et vins à quelques portes offrent de beaux plaisirs. Près de l'entrée du traversier, un restaurant offrant un vaste choix de plats siciliens, pour consommation sur place ou à emporter est une belle alternative gastronomique. Le stationnement sur la rue est possible, suffit d'attendre un peu. En résumé, 10/10.
