"Upon arrival the only EV charger available was broken. Greeted by pleasant staff, unfortunately no WiFi was available and no food as it was a Sunday the receptionist mentioned she could warm a pizza. Room was small but functional, no English speaking channels available on tv. The hotel has had a refurb in the last year and has made vast improvements to the rooms however a big bug bear of mine was hairs were in the shower tray ."

"The hotel is set in an idyllic and beautiful location, nestled near the top of a small village surrounded by vineyards. All the staff I spoke to were local, clearly very proud of the area, and exceptionally helpful and considerate throughout our stay. The décor is fresh and contemporary while still retaining an old-world charm. "Clean room, good bed, good shower "

"This hotel was simple but very clean an comfortable. We spent one night on a roadtrip and it was suitable and much better than other roadside hotels we stayed in. The receptionist was very kind and because the coffee vending machine didn’t work she offered us free coffee from the breakfast bar (we didn’t pay for breakfast.) would stay here again"

"The staff were really helpful and made our time at Chateau Challanges so enjoyable. It is in a perfect location in the heart of wine country and we want to go back."
