Charming 5-bedroom house with swimming pool, classified 5*, very close to Beaune

Located ten minutes from Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, the cottage offers groups (up to 15 people) a unique opportunity to meet.
Ideal for your family reunions, friendly reunions or professional seminars, the place benefits from all the advantages to offer you a break from serenity. Discreet luxury in a peaceful and green countryside.

Built more than two hundred years ago, the house and its outbuildings were originally a renovated wine estate with enhancement of the existing heritage. Burgundy stones provide warmth in winter and freshness in summer. The estate knew a thousand and one lives, before turning into a guest house.

The place will be entirely dedicated to you with kitchen, dining room, a large fireplace lounge and another space where there is billiards.
For your rest, five suites decorated with care and all equipped with king-size. The five bedrooms offer 13 beds, possibility of adding additional beds.
We also have the necessary for the smallest: beds, bath, high chair.

. Almost four hundred square meters just you ... not to mention the park of almost two hectares and the heated swimming pool from May to October.
We will also know, according to your needs, to accompany you in your gastronomic and viticultural desires to better take advantage of the treasures of our beautiful region.

10 km far from Beaune, House of 19th century where the old winery has been restored to provide five spacious guest rooms of charm.
At 2ha leafy park invites you to stroll around. A pleasant and airy space on the edge of the pool (heated May to September) for swimming pool.
A reception room and living room with stones of burgundy are at your disposal, a full equiped kitchen, and a billiard room for friendly moments.
5 rooms with king size beds, each with private bathroom for 13 persons (+ extra beds)

House was very nice with great amenities! Plenty of space for our party of 10 and an awesome large dining table that sat us all! The host was available to help with anything we needed. It was a great experience!

Magnifique séjour

Great stay but some differences by Description

It was great stay and the Pool and House was very clean but the landlords are living right next to us but Never complaint. The only complaint about Noise came by the mayor. The vibe of Freedom was Limited by the landlords living Next to us.

Tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé un week-end inoubliable entre amis dans cette magnifique maison en Bourgogne ! La maison est tout simplement parfaite pour accueillir un groupe. Les espaces communs sont spacieux et trés chaleureux, avec un double séjour aux pierres apparentes et sa cheminée à foyer ouvert. Nous avons adoré nous retrouver autour de la grande table de la salle à manger pour partager de bons repas. il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est également très bien équipée, et trés bien agencée pour cuisiner à plusieurs.Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est très confortable, et le calme des lieux nous a assuré des nuits sans aucun bruit. Un grand merci à Florence pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse.Nous avons hâte de revenir ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit agréable pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille.

Très belle maison

Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, elles offrent une véritable intimité avec douche ou baignoire et toilettes privatifs pour chacune d'entre elle. Casa incrível e recepção excelente

A casa é linda, bem decorada e muito bem equipada. Todos os quartos sao amplos e acomodam muito bem uma familia de ate 12 pessoas. Uma menção especial à anditriã Florence e sua filha Mia, que nos trataram muito bem e foram disponíveis para todas as nossas necessidades. Esse lugar ficará para sempre em nossa memória. Beautiful house in Meursanges

Owner Florence was delightful. My extended family of a range of ages (aged 3 years to 63 years) had a fabulous week. Beautiful house in a very pretty, quiet village close to Beaune. Spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms all tastefully decorated throughout. Great kitchen and dining room for large family dinners and lovely outside dining area too. Pool was spotlessly clean and great size for all ages for fun activities and swimming. Tea and coffee available but with check in on a Sunday one needs to be prepared in taking essentials e.g. fresh milk, bread and a few basics as no shop in village - nearby supermarket is a few km away but closes 12:30 Sunday.

Good , could be great

Florence our host was very responsive and accommodating , allowing a late check in and helpful advice about the area. Accommodation was really large and all ensuites a good set up. Property generally is good and could be great with a bit more attention . Some of household items and furniture could use updating , others are state of the art.

Exceptional Experience

What can I say? This property surpassed our expectations-everything about it was perfect-the rooms, the quiet country location, the proximity to Beaune, the hostess, and the pool. The room set-up was particularly well suited to our big group of 10-each room had a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The stone walls of the country house are so thick that you do not hear any noises in the house which provides alot of privacy. AND, those walls keep the house very cool and comfortable even though we were there during a heat wave. Highly recommend to anyone!

Lovely location - ideal for family gatherings !

A beautiful property which has been well maintained with lovely amenities and tasteful furnishings. Florence is lovely and a pleasure to deal with. We were a group of 13 with young children, teenagers and elderly parents and we all enjoyed the house, pool and surrounding area. Thank you Florence for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon! Xx

Wonderful

Property is very large and quiet, with a gorgeous pool. An easy drive to downtown Beaune, with all its restaurants and historic sites. Center of Beaune is a postcard of France. The house interior was well appointed with five massive bedrooms with baths and showers. The house was very quiet with 18” stone walls throughout. Excellent cooking and eating areas.
