Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done. No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing!!

Loud construction started before 5 am and nobody alerted us of this noise; called front desk and no good solution, not even ear plugs. We didn’t get any good rest.

Bussines trip

The hotel is very far from downtown ( it will take 45-1 hour to get there so if looking to go around we aware that you have very few options nearby. The bathrooms although clean have deteriorated fixtures, toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall and was falling all the time, the iron had a retracting cable than won’t stay our and even after we asked for a new one it was not replaced. The room keys are deactivated every day so we had many times to return to the lobby to have them reactivated. They blame magnets or phones to be the reason but we had two rooms and all 4 keys will do the same and we all were careful to not put them aside our phones. Lunch and dinner menu are good , they have a breakfast buffet for two offer that is reasonable but it has only few options in terms of hot food that by the way for some reason they let it to cooldown so most of the time we ate the food almost cold. However the restaurant and cafeteria waiters are very attentive and nice and will try to accommodate for your needs. I need gluten free options and all the waiters were helpful and making sure I was getting the food correctly. They definitely save the day to compensate for the negative things we had

En teoría mi reserva contemplaba el desayuno pero al parecer no fue así. Seguramente fue mi error pero cuando traté de validarlo con mi reserva en la aplicación de Expedia para mi mala suerte no estaba disponible. Lamentablemente tenía el tiempo justo y ya no pude revisarlo; de tal forma tuve que pagar los desayunos incrementando el costo del hospedaje.
