"It was a very basic set up but positive experience still. Room was fairly spacious (3 beds), bathroom and shower were really good, a/c worked well. But the setup was actually in the train station building - at least our room was. But it was a very quiet room - no train noise.
The breakfast was a voucher for a cafe nearby that was small and often busy - for a cappuccino and pastry. Since 2 of the 3 of us were gluten-free, that meant no breakfast. But otherwise it worked well for us as we traveled in the trains every day to the cinque terre!"
