Great location and spacious apartment

We loved the location. Heck in was quick and easy and the apartment was big and nicely accommodating. Great view of the water and downtown from the balcony!

Perfect Location

Amazing stay, the room was clean and very spacious and the location was perfect! Close to Ocean Drive and Brickell. Having direct beach access and beach chairs everyday was the best part! Would highly recommend staying here!

Stunning views and very spacious apartment

The property was everything I was hoping for. The views were amazing and is only steps from the beach. Listed photos were accurate and check in was very efficient. I would like to see elevators upgraded as they were very slow and a little temperamental. We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful room!

The room itself was very beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. However, the lobby and pool are very outdated as well as the security and some of the staff were pretty rude. The property has a very nice beach access and a perfect location. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again because of how nice the room itself and the view were.

The unit it self was just like the pictures. The views are amazing and the rooms are huge. This was my first time staying at at VRBO so I was not sure what to expect. Simple process to check in. The only complain would be the elevators in this place. Would recommend Louis to eat on the weekends

Great location and view

Great location with easy access to the beach and nice small pool. Our appartment had a nice view on the city at the 10th floor. The appartment was good for five guests sharing beds but dont expect a luxury stay. You will have just enough toilet paper and cuttlery for one day, so expect to wash dishes and visit the front desk a couple times if you are staying for a while. The appartment could use some decor refreshing and more love, it doesnt feel spick and span but it was clean enough when we arrived. Expect some humidity as the bathrooms have zero windows or ventilation, dont expect you towels to dry, you will have to get new ones everyday. For the price we paid, it was a good deal as we were mostly in Miami beach to party and sleep for a few hours

The place was clean with great views of the city. However, there was not enough stuff that you could use the kitchen if you intended to save money and eat breakfast or something at the condo. There wasn’t even soap to wash our dishes after we used them and no paper towels if you spilled something. The place lacked to provide the necessities.

Beautiful location and roomy accomodations

The unit was very clean and spacious on beautiful Miami beach, backing up to the boardwalk and beach. Could not have asked for more at a reasonable price. We drove down from illinois ti miami with a few hours break to sleep at ocala, so we arrived very tired. We were delighted to find two spacious rooms and kitchen and fantastically large living area. We have four children, ages 17, 16, 8, 3 and we were very, very comfortable. We loved heading back out to the beach. We even ate one night at the cute bar on the boardwalk. It was great and we had no complaints.

The apartment and overall property are tired and in need of attention.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious with nice views from living area. It could use a fresh coat of paint and better kitchen basics. The property itself was disappointing. Very tired furnishings, and the pool area needs more seating and especially shade! To rent their 'cabanas' for $500+ is an absolute joke. So they all sat empty the entire stay. What a shame. The tiki bar was super expensive, with no other options close by.

Great location but...

Great location and view but disappointed about the furniture and kitchen essential utensils availability. Only one wine glass no pan for cocking. We had to purchased to be able to cook something. The pictures in add are home staging, not the actual furniture you will get which we were very disappointed with. Felt like a cheap rental. The Gym equipments are pretty old and most are broken or has missing parts. There are 6 pretty pickleball courts outside but no equipement available for rent to play! We saw no one playing during our 7 days stay...Sad.This building has potential but feel like it past it's time and need some love.

Not the room you are going to get…..

Don’t be surprised when you walk into the room and it does not match the pictures. The pictures on VRBO are not pictures of the room you will actually get. And no explanation of why from the front desk or VRBO support. It was a good location and a lovely view on the Bay. BUT it is not the room you are paying for in advance and you will not get any explanation as to why or which room the pictures are actually of. You can find better on the beach.

Very nice & clean condo!

Property is older but well kept! Don’t let the outside fool you when you pull up to property! The condo was super clean and kept up! The pool is very nice & the beach access is perfect! There is a tiki bar with cocktails, food & live music at night. We stayed for 3 nights before going on cruise! My complaints are as follows: Extra pillows, bedding & towels would have been nice (we asked and told there was no inventory). Beds are not comfortable at all. When waiting for our room to be ready, staff never told us we could put wrist bands on and enjoy property (pool & beach). We found out from security guard which was super nice and gave us good suggestions to eat! Most places around this property is not walking distance so we used Uber to get around

Bait & switch- misleading

One day before arrival, after the point I could cancel my reservation, they messaged me that we were being relocated to another suite due to a maintenance issue. The room was smaller seating wise. The master had a full instead of a queen sized bed. It was an ok price for the space, but not as listed. The place was musty upon entry. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The space was in need of a deep clean. There was an odd door in the kitchen that opened to the hall that only had a door handle lock, no upper lock. The dining sat 4 instead of 6 as pictured. We are a family of 5. There was nothing to wash the dishes with. The dishes in the cabinet were too dirty to use.There was a nice pool and the property had beach access through a private back gate. The elevator was really slow. I felt mislead and see that is consistent with other reviews. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we got to the location they told us the room was not ready at that time okay it was early. They told us about 2 restaurants onsite and a pool bar. Okay so we went and got into our swim outfit’s went to the pool the it was great. Went to the bar to order a drink and some snack’s till the room was ready both restaurants were closed due to a private event. So we went back into the lobby mind you this is about a hour and half they called house keeping they said yes it will be ready in 10 minutes. So we went and walked around and came back about 30 minutes latter room was still not ready. At that time I asked the new person on shift if they could check she said sir it will not be ready till 4pm. That was going to be another 45 minutes. Once we did get into the room they didn’t have any paper towels in the kitchen the sink was backed up there were only enough towels for showering for 1 day had to call the front desk for all of this stuff. They brought us paper towels that’s it. Now let’s get to the pic they show you on the add nothing like the room we stayed in the couch was old the bed was old. I never leave reviews on places but this had to be said we were so excited to be in South Beach and the room was a disappointment
