Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Absolutely terrible and disgusting condo! Everything was dirty and outdated. Carpets havent been cleaned or changed probably since they opened. We had 6 people and they only gave towels for 4. Only 4 tiny coffee cups and 1 regular drinking glass and a few plates in the kitchen. Only a small kitchen table for 4 people. The king size bed had a huge dip in the middle so you rolled inward and were stck in the middle the entire night. The curtains didnt even cover the windows and had stains/ paint on them. The tv in the living room was a tiny 24" non-smart tv! Remote was sticky. The pool closed at sunset and was ice cold. When you messaged the front desk it was forever before they responded and didn't always even answer what was asked. Definitely very deceiving from the photos and description of when I booked. Will never stay here again.
