The unit we stayed seemed to be brand new! the sticker was still on the stove. I loved how clean and modern it was and the location was very centrally located in Key Biscayne. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

The staff - Elizabeth - was great and very welcoming. For the price, we were disappointed though. We were four to five blocks from the beach and the amenities were cheap. Room service was offered as an extra cost. It was nice to have the extra room, but very inconvenient to not have a toaster, a dishwasher and the things we are used to having in a condo.

Elizabeth Diaz is an extremely helpful manager and runs things beautifully at Beach Haus. The apartment was super clean and easy to stay in. The property was spic-and-span. I can't say enough good things. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful weekend at Beach Haus. The location and facilities are outstanding. The pool was perfect for our daughter. The beach access through the Key Biscayne Beach Club was especially nice. The staff at both the Beach Haus and the Beach Club made us feel welcome. We plan to return soon!

Our stay could not have been better! Room was ready when we arrived and they held our bags because we had a late flight. Pool and daybeds were quiet and comfy. We had only a short walk to beach thru the beach club where they provided chairs and umbrellas. I highly recommend the beach grill for a great dinner and margarita! Hotel bed and shower were awesome. Highly recommend this place!

We loved Key Biscayne and our stay at Beach Haus! We arrived to a very clean and air conditioned apartment which we really appreciated. The included access to two beach clubs was amazing. We especially loved Grand Bay Club and would highly recommend going there if you are staying between Tuesday-Friday (these are the only days Beach Haus has access). We didn’t use the pool on the property, but it looked nice and other people were using it. Some things on the property could use some repairs like the gates and bikes (which are free to rent so can’t complain too much). The property is on a quiet and very pretty street walking distance from restaurants and a grocery store. We drove into Miami a couple times which was really easy. Overall great stay!

Our apartment was comfortable and very clean. We loved the bikes that we could borrow, and the access to local beaches. The pool was also magnificent after a hot and salty day on the beach. The only thing that I think would make it better would be a few more amenities in the kitchen (like basic condiments and olive oil) and extra beach/pool towels. It is so damp and humid that the towels could not dry between uses. Would highly recommend!

Clean hotel, beautiful beach and in a calm area

We are very pleased with our stay. Our favorite parts were how close it was to the beach, the beach club accesses and how the apartment was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay for 6 nights. I have a fobia when it comes to any type of bugs and I was glad that I didn't encounter any such things at the hotel or in the Key Biscayne area. Why I didn't give the hotel five stars is because I thought it was a bit too pricy (the rooms were good but not that cozy to spend the evenings in when it came to the sofa/tv interior and the lack of enough lights) and the pool wasn't heated.

Our room was on the first floor and very very damp. There were no towel hooks for hanging up towels and the furniture to sit on awful! The controls for the TV were hard to use especially in the bedroom. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work at all and the laundry was very very expense. Put in furniture that is functional and comfortable and towel hooks!!!!

Spacious apartment near beach

The size of the apartment was great, and the floors were clean. The office wasn't open much due to holiday and weekend while we were there, and there was no one to speak with face-to-face. I was able to text and get an immediate response for a clogged drain though. The pool was beautiful and clean and having access to the private beach was nice. The gate from parking to the pool area would stick and was hard to open. There were shops nearby, and everything was walkable. It is very expensive to eat out, but there is a grocery store nearby. The area was definitely wealthy.

Beach Haus continues to be our go-to option when staying on Key Biscayne. Always clean, well maintained and pleasant staff. Short walk to the beach as well as markets and restaurants. Had to extend our stay, easy as a phone call.
