Fully equipped apartment in the Tides condominium in Hollywood Beach, with direct access to the beach, two heated pools, parking, gym, cafeteria and much more!
Everything you need for a perfect family vacation, combining beach, pool, rest and shopping in Miami.

The Space:
Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and small appliances. You can make your own meals here.
In the dining room we have a table and chairs to eat with the family, and in the living room a sofa bed y TV with cable.
In the bedroom there are two queen size beds, TV and storage space.
Full bathroom with bathtub.
Air conditioning that you can regulate.
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool towels.
Linen (sheets and towels) and coats for beds available.
For the little ones we have a high chair and a travel cot. The property allows up to 4 guests over the age of 14. There is no restriction on the number of younger children.
If you need anything else, just ask our host, who will be available throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
From the condo you can directly access the beach, this building is on the sea! Two heated pools next to the beach. Parking. Gym. Cafeteria and mini market with delivery to the apartment, the beach or the pool. Wifi in all spaces. Laundry room with paid washing machines and dryers on each floor.
24 hour surveillance.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city of Holywood Beach, 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, 30 minutes from Miami International Airport and 40 minutes from South Beach. Cafeteria and minimarket in the condominium, a few blocks from Walmart, Ross, Burlington, restaurants and other shops with everything you need. It is just 5 minutes away from Hollywood Boulevard and Broadwalk, both known for their bars and restaurants.
Surrounded by tourist options such as Aventura Mall, Sawgrass Mall, Gulfstream Casino and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

To pay at Front Desk:
Key access to the Condominium and Amenities Usd 30 (each key) - 1 key is needed every 2 people older than 14 years old.
Parking is not included in the rental price:
1 week (from 1 to 7 days) $ 100
2 weeks (from 8 to 14 days) $ 125
Ask for longer stays.

Guests must wear a condo bracelet.

Comunal laundry room, wash or dry $2 each.
Reception of packages in the Condominium $ 7 (one time each package).
