Pets are not permitted in the studio.

An accessible laundry room is located on the same floor as the studio. Laundry cards are available for purchase in the lobby.



★ PARKING



One assigned parking space is available for your stay.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY



The front desk can hold packages for guests. Please note that mailbox key access is not provided. Guests should follow the building's package retrieval procedures.

Enjoy South Florida's tropical climate and surrounding natural environment. Regular pest control measures are in place, although occasional encounters with local wildlife may occur.



Guest access



Guest Access:

Full studio apartment at your disposal. We are nearby for any assistance.



Minimum stay: 1 month.

Building application: Required. The $100 building application fee is included in the booking price.

Stays longer than 90 days: A tenant screening application is also required, with an additional $150 fee paid directly to Tenant Evaluation.

All adult guests are required to present an ID upon arrival.

The front desk will assist with elevator access to the 8th floor, given the necessity of a fob.

Guests should present their reservation email at the front desk for verification.



The Neighborhood:

Located in North Bay Village, Bella Vista offers a residential setting between Miami and Miami Beach. The surrounding area features restaurants, cafés, parks, and convenient access to the wider Miami metropolitan area.



Spend your time exploring nearby beaches, enjoying waterfront dining, discovering Wynwood's art scene, or visiting Downtown Miami and the Design District. North Bay Village provides a comfortable home base for an extended stay while keeping many of Miami's attractions within reach.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or taking uber.



Other Things to Note:

Host and Keep Vacation Rentals will arrange any additional services during your stay.

Please Note: The building is currently undergoing exterior renovations. Balcony access is temporarily unavailable, and some construction noise may occur during standard business hours.
