The Space:

With generous living areas, two comfortable bedrooms, and an expansive private balcony, it’s the perfect home base for up to 6 adults plus 3 children (see house rules).

The apartment features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms enjoy direct access to the balcony and are equipped with smart TVs. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a double sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom is an enclosed room, offering additional privacy for guests.

The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.

BOOKING RULES

After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.



Must-Read Before Booking:

***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.

***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES

Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 6 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement



NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.



CHECK-IN

Check-in time starts at 4PM. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.



CHECK-OUT

Standard check-out time is 11 AM.



LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.



MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT

If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.



LOST KEYS

In case you loose the key of the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set.

We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

Additionally, please be aware that you will need the unit number for the delivery address. For security reasons, this information will only be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
