The Space:

This 1,459 sq ft (136 m²) apartment is designed for a relaxing Brickell stay, with a clean white aesthetic, abundant natural light, and bay and city-skyline views.



The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout includes:

• 1 king-size bed

• 1 queen-size bed

• 1 full-size tri-fold bed

• Full kitchen with dining table, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and cooking essentials

• Free washer and dryer in the unit

• Central air conditioning and heating

• Wifi, TV, and a dedicated workspace

• Private patio or balcony with an outdoor dining area



Building amenities include a shared pool, shared hot tub, sauna, shared gym, elevator, and boat access.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Self check-in is available, with building staff on site.

Luggage drop-off is allowed. Paid valet parking is available on site, and paid parking is available off premises.



Mandatory check-in requirements:

• Upload a government-issued ID for the primary guest—the person checking in first.

• For amenity access, upload an ID for each additional adult guest: up to 3 additional adults for a 2-bedroom unit.

• Minors under 18 do not need to submit ID and do not count toward the maximum.

• Only guests with submitted IDs may access building amenities, regardless of the number of guests staying in the unit.

• Please provide your estimated arrival time.

Keys: Two electronic keys (FOBs) will be provided for elevator access to your floor and the amenities.

Pool Hours: Please be aware that the main pool is open on Saturdays and Sundays only.

The primary guest must upload a government-issued ID prior to arrival.

Minors under 18 do not require an ID. Only guests with a submitted ID on file will be granted access to building amenities.



The pool is open Saturday and Sunday only.



Please note the following building-managed work:

• Balconies will be closed starting 08/01/2025.

• Construction noise may occur Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Windows may be covered with protective film during certain phases of the work.

• The spa and fitness center will remain open and unaffected.



This schedule is managed by the building’s HOA and may change.



Please note that we provide 4 amenity guest cards per adult for accessing the pool, gym, and spa facilities. These cards can be obtained at the Ground level every day between 9 AM and 5 PM upon request. It is important to keep in mind that only four amenity guest cards per adult will be provided. Minors are not required to have one.
