Very simple but convenient if you need/want to stay in that area of Miami, for family or business matters. Cottage was clean, had the basics, and was comofrtable; but would benefit from a little maintenance or upgrade.

Perfectly matches pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Good area for good and easy food. Not in a busy area, it’s cutely tucked away. Only downside was the TV was very small and slow, but if you’re not planning on watching TV much, it’s a great spot!

Great little place!

We were pleased with our stay. The layout was a bit tight but was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was useful. We loved the back patio area, very relaxing. The parking was also convenient.

Unique, clean, and quiet. Large living space with a full kitchen. Within walking distance of cool, bohemian restaurants and shops. It’s an older Florida property - well maintained, but real deal old Miami, (blocks away from an ancient Tequesta burial mound), so like a little rust here and there but nothing dirty or sticky. Nothing like a high end hotel, but I would definitely stay there again.
