The Space:
Amazing apartment with direct ocean view from the 10th floor at the luxurious Ritz Carlton 5-STAR Resort and Spa.
Park your car in a complimentary assigned parking space and head into the grand lobby of the world famous Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne. You'll take the elevator up to the 10th floor and walk into your apartment with a magnificent direct ocean view. Inside you'll find a queen size bed, sofa, flat screen tv, and kitchenette. Everything at the Ritz Charlton is luxury to the extreme. Guests have access to all amenities including spa, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, tennis, nearby golf, and kids activities as well.
Please note that there is no furniture on the small balcony.
Please note that every hotel has its own policy in regard to pets and service animals. We strongly recommend contacting the hotel to arrange for your pets arrival.
Also, we are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.
Guest Access:
There is a receptionist to assist you in accessing your assigned unit. Upon arrival, kindly approach the reception desk and they will provide you with an access card to your room.

Not far from Miami Beach and downtown, an island escape awaits at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami. Stretching along the beachfront, the luxury hotel is an opportunity to experience Miami living with redesigned ocean-view residences and suites, the renowned Cliff Drysdale Tennis Center, a Caribbean-inspired resort spa and Lightkeepers restaurant featuring Florida-sourced seafood.
Getting Around:
Enjoy the beautiful Miami weather by renting a bicycle on the property to explore the grounds or to venture farther afield to the many hidden bicycle trails that wind through the island. If you’re interested in getting out on the water, there are many nonmotorized activities that can be arranged through the hotel: boating, fishing, riding Jet-Skis and much more. Nearby, visit the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens — a National Historic Landmark and European-inspired estate — to not only tour the interiors of the main house but also to explore the 10 acres of gardens on Biscayne Bay as well as a serene native forest. You can also take a variety of transportation options available - Uber, Lyft, Taxi.
Other Things to Note:
A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.
NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking rental unit. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.
KEYCARD RULE: A $60 deposit is required for the issuance of a keycard. This deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of the keycard. Failure to return the keycard will result in the deduction of the deposit as a replacement fee. We kindly remind all patrons to ensure the timely return of their keycards to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250.
For your information, please be aware that The Ritz charges a security deposit of $300 per night. This amount can be used for bar, restaurant, and hotel services.
DON'T FORGET: Bring an umbrella. Miami may average a balmy 77 degrees, but it also sees its fair share of rainstorms — about 128 days each year. Also, sunscreen, swim essentials and comfortable shoes. You can walk to many areas in Key Biscayne, or if you choose to explore downtown Miami by car and walk to the many shops, restaurants and vendors.
KIDS: The Ritz Kids program offers fun activities for children ages 5–12. Activities are customized to the age of each child but include fun events like face painting, animal shows, magic shows, poolside games, arts and crafts, kickball and even live “mermaids” by the pool. Snack breaks with kid-friendly treats like chicken fingers, fresh fruit, popcorn and more are included. Reserve a spot for your child by 5 p.m. the day before.
TOILET: We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
-Baby amenities such as a high chair and pack 'n play are available upon request for an additional fee, along with other baby gear to make your stay even more comfortable.

• Pets (Non service animal)
We absolutely love pets—but for practical reasons specific to our condos, we’re unable to accommodate animals in these units.
This is due to a combination of carpeted floors, HOA restrictions, and limited space, which make it hard to maintain the comfort and cleanliness we promise all our guests.
Unauthorized animals are not allowed. A $550 fine will apply if an unapproved pet is detected.
