This condo was the perfect place to stay for two of us in Miami! Great location to Bayside/Brickell. It was clean, secure, and amenities were top-notch! The sleeper sofa was super comfortable as was the king sized bed in the master! Our host was so helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions! What a great value!

The hotel in general was good. however, the TV never worked, however a very nice man by name Michel came and try to fix it, but never was configurated. the temperature was very cold for us. in general ok, after those inconveniences. the area excellent , closed to transportation and bayside area. desk front people very nice. It looked bigger in the pictures. Registering is a process and it wasn’t explained the unit was above a Yotel, which was confusing. Using the microwave requires watching a video to learn how it works. No hairdryer. Coffee and tea provided looked like someone’s leftovers. Not labeled, a beat up tea bag. No blackout shades in living room where the sofa bed is. Great location and owner/property mgr was very responsive to my questions, but I didn’t think it was good value for the money.

We had such a great time ! Wanted to be in Miami for my birthday but didn’t want to stay on South Beach Pool area and gym was a must need for us Was able to layout by the pool all morning and relax. My only CON with the pool is that it’s covered with little no sun exposure I recommend sunbathing early in the morning as possible As for the rest of our stay the staff was amazing, our room was clean! Didn’t need anything extra I would stay here everytime !

Overall nice

A little difficulty with payment process and check in process. After that it was smooth sailing. Clean, modern and comfortable. Walking distance to Bayfront Park and the basketball arena. A few local spots to eat. Parking is a little difficult.

Electronic key in and out. Even though it is attached to the hotel and uses all the same facilities, we were charged an unreasonable amount per bag to leave bags until check in, even if a backpack attached to a suitcase etc, increasing our expense significantly for our group. The beds were both uncomfortable. The room smelt and needed airing out every time we entered. Initially it was covered by a strong scent that gave me a migraine until aired out. Fridge smelly. Dishes dirty. Glitter all over the rugs from previous user.

The overall stay was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that we tried getting in contact with the owner of the apartment and he never responded. The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. No one came to give us new towels, throw garbage etc etc.. we had to do cleaning service ourselves, throw away our own garbage and keep having to wash the towels. It’s something I’d do again but I just wanted better communication!

Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Soweit auch alles in Miami zu erreichen. Nach kontakt aufnahme wegen zurückschicken vergessener Kleidung im Trockner auf unsere Kosten war dies nicht möglich. Uns wurden schon Sachen aus Mexiko geschickt.
