The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen and its dining area open onto the entertaining living room with a sofa, setting the stage for many memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light coming through large balcony doors accents the bright tiled floors and tastefully picked furniture, enhancing the elegant ambiance.



Retreat to a comfortable bedroom, which features 5☆resort comfort that allows you to rest after an exciting day at the Olympic Pool on the 15th floor.



Guest Access:

BUILDING RENOVATION NOTICE: The building is undergoing exterior renovation work managed by the HOA. From October 2026 to August 2027, balcony access is closed and a transparent protective cover is installed, which may partially obstruct the view. Construction noise may occur Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The pool, spa and fitness center remain open. The schedule is set by the HOA and may change; thank you for your understanding.

This is a privately-owned suite inside the W Hotel Icon Brickell. Guests have access to the same world-class amenities as hotel guests.Guests need to send their government picture ID to the host for their registration.

ONLY 2 ADULTS registered will have an amenity guest card. Minors do not need to have an amenity guest to have access.

Please note that we provide 2 amenity guest cards per adult for accessing the pool, gym, and spa facilities. These cards can be obtained at the Groud level upon request. It is important to keep in mind that only 2 amenity guest cards per adult will be provided. Minors are not required to have one.

To retrieve your amenity guest card, please go to the ground level every day between 9 AM and 5 PM.
