We absolutely loved this condo! It is booked through a third party company and they communicated through email and did require some forms to be filled out ahead of the reservation, which was no problem. The resort itself is very high end and has great accommodations. The resort employees were very friendly and willing to help. They even contacted the third party hosts when we arrived to ask a few questions about the room so we would know what we could go to the grocery store for. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, full fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and basic dining needs. They provided towels and paper goods as well! This came in handy for making food so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The grocery store is right across the street which was convenient, too. There are also plenty of dining options close by to walk or Uber to. The views are stunning (ocean, city, canal and the Hard Rock Cafe at night!) and the balcony is expansive with outdoor seating and table. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the shower with a rainfall shower head. Access to the beach and pools are perfect for a relaxing get away, whether it’s a couple or a family. Highly recommend!!

The pool and beach were beautiful although difficult to get chairs. The condo was well-equipped but not very clean. Floors were filthy! Electrical outlets did not work in bathrooms. A lot of wasted time waiting on the elevator.

Where do I start? We arrived late to the property and the check-in process was completely unorganized and took well over 30 minutes to complete. This condo unit was advertised as a “luxury apartment” and the pictures online would suggest as such. However, when we began exploring the unit, it was anything but luxury! The balcony furniture was rotten and unusable. The bathroom had 2 very dim lights which made it impossible for my wife to properly get ready to go anywhere. The TV was circa 2000 with minimal streaming platform capability. I myself am a condo owner and would be embarrassed to host guests in a unit in this condition! Abysmal accommodations!

Em janeiro de 2025, minha família e eu ( cinco adultos) estivemos por 11 dias neste apartamento. Em outras estadias nos Estados Unidos optamos por estar em hotéis, pensando em descansar e não ter trabalho. Desta vez, queríamos um ambiente diferente que permitisse que ficássemos juntos. Procuramos muito e decidimos por esse apartamento. Um maravilha! Completamente equipado com tudo o que foi prometido, limpo e confortável. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A cinco minutos de um Walmart enorme. Quartos amplos e arejados. Dois banheiros ótimos. E o melhor de tudo: em um prédio muito organizado e seguro, com estacionamento, recepção 24/7, serviço de recepção de encomendas, restaurante, bar, funcionários educados e solícitos, tudo isto associado a uma vista espetacular. Com certeza voltaremos!
