We had apartment 1014....beautiful view and very clean. There was a problem with the TV in the bedroom not connected at all to outlets and no remote. We contacted the property in the morning and it was fixed immediately. Very pleased with everything about this property....and great restaurants all arond the area.

The room I was in you couldn’t even fit a chair on. The majority of the balcony was dedicated to the room next door. It wasn’t what was sold. We felt we were scammed.

Reception staff were great.We appreciated the free wine and water. The wine by the way was excellent.Coffee pods were supplied only for one day, instead of three days that the stay lasted. There was a text number to order more at a price, but there was no reply.Staff at reception did not inform us of free coffee in lobby until 10 am.The balcony was a tiny wedge of about two to three feet of rail. The rest was blocked off for the adjacent condo.The iron in the room leaked badly and did not heat well. It should be replaced. The TV did not work and the technician did not seem capable. Eventually, bringing the Xfinity box out from behind the TV got better results. The problem appears to be worn out connector cords resulting in frequent blackouts. Exasperating! Also the sink tap was very sticky and hard to use. Either too much or too little water! I believe servicing it is needed, or replace it. This was for the AirBandB room 1006-1. I believe a partial refund is in order because of the high price paid!

Can't beat the location of this hotel. Great views and walkable to all the great places in Coconut Grove. Service was excellent and room was super clean and comfortable. Only one minor issue with the electronic blinds but the staff responded right away.

The only good thing about this stay was the location. Our room had two major problems. The room was uncomfortably cold and the thermostat did not work. The front desk sent someone to check it but it was not fixed. There were no drapes, curtains or blinds on the windows. Since our view was of the city, the room was constantly we could not filter out the bright city lights, making sleep difficult.

The room was serviceable but signs of wear were evident -- chipped paint, missing baseboard. The TV was a nightmare to operate. The cable box was balanced on top of the wall mounted TV and never offered any of the promised options on either remote. Wi-Fi was unreliable so thankfully I had other options. I did not realize that housekeeping was not included so it was a bit disappointing to come back after a day of meetings to an unmade bed and wet towels. Front desk wasn’t sure if this was included so gave me a number to call. The message simply said the person wasn’t available. On a positive note -- the room had everything basic you need. The gym didn’t open until 6ish meaning I was unable to use the facilities before having to leave for my meetings. Location is wonderful and front desk was as helpful as they were able to be.

They are cold hearted greedy pathetic people. I had a medical emergency 24 hours before my stay and had to cancel. They refused to refund my money, which would be the right thing to do instead of sticking to their no cancellation no refund policy like the heartless wretches they are. Shame on Best Western for allowing this hotel owner in its chain. Don't stay with these heartless animals. Best Western has forever lost my business.

The walls were a little thin so you could hear the guests in the next room, there was construction on our side of the building across the way and the thin material (not sure what is was) separating the neighbors balcony and ours was very odd. Other than that we loved the room, amenities and general area and hotel. Excellent location and close to shopping, restaurants, beach etc. We'd definitely stay again.
