A few issues upon arrival but nothing to warrant concern. Virtual front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were prompt and resolved any concerns quickly and effectively. Overall rooms have good space and working appliances. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, the sounds from the suites surrounding may keep you up. The location is great being only a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining. The neighborhood is very safe and far enough from Ocean Drive to be quiet.

This was my second time staying at Renzzi On The Beach, and once again it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and very close to stores and restaurants, which makes everything super convenient. The staff and atmosphere make the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again!

This place was close to Ocean Drive and close to transportation. Lots of restaurants within close walking distance. The staff allowed us to leave our baggage when we arrived earlier and also after checkout. Nice place; however the walls are thin.

Great stay for a trip with friends

Room was comfortable and exactly the size we needed for our group of three. The location felt very safe and easily walkable to anywhere we wanted to go. We originally didn’t have many blankets or pillows, but the number provided to text was extremely responsive and we were given anything we were missing quickly. Toilet had a few instances where it took a while to flush and the warm water was on the side labeled cold in the shower so that took a bit to figure out, but aside from that we really enjoyed our stay and thought it was great for everything we were looking to get out of our trip.

The location was perfect and the owners were super nice and accommodating when I needed to store bags early. They gave plenty of towels and the room had great AC and amenities. However, cleanliness could’ve been better, mostly in the bathroom area. The seat for the toilet was also weird. Beyond that it’s a decent spot and one I wouldn’t mind returning to again

Good room and management, but extremely noisy

The good: The room was clean and had plenty of towels, a good shower head with water as hot as you could handle and plenty of storage space. Management communication was excellent and ensured our stay was as good as it could be. The bad: The walls. Paper thin. The guests next door were loud and obnoxious and you heard every word they said, including yelling at us for complaining to the manager about them (so management did its job!). Honestly, if it weren’t for the walls we’d stay here again. But that was a dealbreaker.

A Hidden Gem – Best Stay We've Had in 10 Years! 🌟 We absolutely loved our stay at Renzzy Hotel! The location couldn’t be better – it’s super convenient, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, all in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean – and that’s saying something because we’ve stayed in many hotels, even right on Ocean Drive, and this one was by far the cleanest we’ve experienced. The room was bright, spacious, and well-equipped with a large fridge (perfect for longer stays), a table, chairs, and everything we needed to feel at home. Agustina was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She’s super helpful, proactive, and always a message away. Even though there’s no reception desk, their team was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp – always quick to reply and ready to solve anything with a smile. Housekeeping was another highlight – they kept everything in perfect condition during our stay. If we had to mention any downsides: yes, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors depending on who’s next door. Luckily, we had quiet neighbors and slept comfortably every night. Also, there’s no elevator – but for us, that wasn’t a problem at all. Honestly, even some Ocean Drive hotels with elevators have constant issues, so we didn’t mind at all. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. First, there was no cleaning service provided during my stay, they never brought me towels or toiletries, they see never worked. It caused the whole room to become super humid and in the bathroom there was mold. We’ll never stay here again.
