🏨 Resort Fee

A mandatory resort fee of USD 30 per every two adults is required upon arrival. This fee covers the issuance of your room keys and wristbands needed to access the property and its amenities.



🚗 Parking Fee

Parking is available on-site and includes the following charges:



A USD 20 deposit per vehicle is required (refundable at check-out)

Parking rates based on length of stay:

USD 100 for 1 to 7 days

USD 125 for 8 to 14 days

USD 150 for 15 to 22 days

USD 175 for 22 to 28 days (up to one month)



🧺 Laundry Fee

Laundry facilities operate using a prepaid card system:



A USD 7 fee for the laundry access card

Usage packages:

USD 10 for 2 washes and 2 dry cycles (minimum purchase)

USD 20 for 4 washes and 4 dry cycles

USD 30 for 6 washes and 6 dry cycles

Additional packages increase proportionally



Please note that these fees are managed directly by the building and are not included in the reservation total.

🕒 Check-In & Fees

Check-in Time: Until 5 PM.

Late Arrivals: After 5 PM, you can still check in, but your fob and parking tag will be available the next day.

Late Check-in Fee: $30 for check-ins after 8 PM, payable at check-in.
