Location is great. Excellent parking and clean modern facilities. Elevators are quite a bit dark making hard to see code entry. Unfortunately the pool was under repair our entire stay.

The location is excellent.. we had a terrible experience regarding the communication. When we first check in, The shower was broken and we had to wait 2 days to fix it. Then the dishwasher wasn’t working and they had to come many time to fix it. It didn’t work and they didn’t resolve the problem. The ended up not answering and not replying to our emails.

The unit was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The hair conditioner and body wash bottles were less than half full when I arrived for a 5 night stay. The two fails: I didn't have the building and unit access codes before I arrived at the property and the pre-check in paperwork was very detailed and time consuming. I had to call Expedia from the property. They didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper and I had to get my own toilet paper. THIS was a huge disappointment.

It was horribleee!! The elevators dont work, the code por the apartment sometimes doesnt bright up so you cant put the code, i went to the gym the last day at 9 am and the checkout was at 11, i cam back at 10 and the code was changed! The microwave didnt work either. AND THEWIFI DIDNT WORK! never again

The place is nice and neat. It has everything you need to use. Read the instruction for parking before you park. The only thing is the weird smell whenever i enter the room. I think the smell is from the new polish that they used on the wall.
