Boutique Hotel for the win!

Excellent choice in South Beach. No gym, but you can walk half a block to use the SLS one. Excellent restaurant! Cool pool area. Only compliant is no bell service. But overall very happy with our stay!

Great boutique hotel for the price. Hallways/room carpet slightly dated. Very clean rooms, big bathroom with updated showers and good water pressure. Didn’t like that they have to bring little bags of ice to your room but it never took too long. Great rooftop pool open 24/hrs. Best part of stay.

I’ve been staying here for quite a number of years the staff in the hotel are superb go out of their way to assist you guide you and incredibly friendly old saddest part about the trip is leaving the hotel it’s just home away from home the front desk staff completely go out of their way to help assist and make your stay even more comfortable

Our room was larger than expected with a view of Collins Ave. The record player was a great addition and with a good choice of vinyls. The rooftop pool area has a lovely relaxing vibe. Early in the morning I had it all to myself. Fabulous. Location is perfect. The only negative is the $40 resort fee. Not all hotels in this area charge one and honestly I don’t like them. Put the room rate up slightly and include everything. Much simpler. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Service was great, hotel was clean and the pool was warm… I really only have 2 complaints, which are kind of a big deal to some. For one there is no where to charge your phone or other devices near the bed… so you have to keep your phone across the room while it’s charging at night. and the biggest complaint i have is THE WALLS ARE THIN. I mean you can hear EVERYTHING… people walking, talking, laughing, even if they’re in a room right next to yours.. you won’t get much privacy since everyone can hear any conversation inside of your own room. Other than those things it was a very nice hotel and in a great area.

$10 a day for soiled towels!!!

Hotel is perfectly situated and was wonderful in just about everything! Fantastic location, restaurants down below and the beach just a few steps away. However, I was shocked when they charged me almost $50 for "damages "!!! Apparently, they didn't bother to tell me on the first day that removing my makeup with their face towels was costing me $10 a day!!!. If they had said SOMETHING I certainly would not have continued doing so! Be warned!!!

This is kind of like a room for rent disguised as a hotel. The location is excellent and the rooms are good, but the staff is very uneven and they lack very basic follow-up skills. After a series of disconnects over one particular issue and then being literally laughed at for another, the desk manager offered me a credit of one night’s resort fee and a few mini bar items consumed, but at check out neither credit was reflected on my final statement and the clerk on duty could only write a handwritten note in pen that was less than half the credit I was offered and he was in disbelief that I should want to see it on the statement. Because of this, on my way to the airport I called to ask for the desk manager and she told me to trust her (with an attitude) and to call back if it’s not correct on my credit card statement. Of course it wasn’t, so I went over her head to the hotel manager (who also did not respond to me in a week) and this time he did respond and more than made up for his staff’s really lackluster style. The hotel has no restaurant. It’s attached to one, but there’s “no relationship”. Their gym is a block away at another hotel and it wasn’t all that. You would never hang out at this hotel for more than an hour on the roof. The pool is tiny and the chairs are not so clean. One of the two elevators was broken more than half our days. So they call it a hotel and the location is great, but it’s more just like a room near the action without many hotel amenities.

Great stay! Quiet room (3rd floor) and great staff. It's a well priced hotel in a good location. Nothing fancy with amenities like more expensive places, but the pool was so nice :)

Great location

Nice hotel with a great location. They have a restaurant on-site which is convenient, but terrible service. We were sat down and ignored for 20+minutes. I should get perks for my Hotels.com stay, but the hotel rarely offers them. This one didn’t offer them, so I had to ask-which is annoying.

The roof top pool and deck was amazing. Comfortable, great music playing, lots of seats and umbrellas and a nice clean pool. Perfect location: close walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Hotel room is spacious and clean with an outstanding bathroom and shower.

Disappointed Experience @ The Redbury ! - Reservation Management and Ability to follow up … Missing one night value because of that - House Keeping not Changing the Sheets with mismanagement and annoying stuff - They will charge you a Hidden Cost 43$/ Night not part of reservation for no value. - Value for money actually it’s a lot for level of hotel. Not Recommended and Not an Experience to repeat

Great stay at the Redbury

Overcharged !!!!!

Nice Bouquet Hotel. They take advantage of the guest once they are there. According to my Hotels.com reservation my resort fee was supposed to be: Resort fee: USD 41.04 per accommodation, per night. They charged me $ 80. They also charged me an additional $ 150.00 pet fee for my 5 IB dog.... ridiculous. I would not stay there again.
