★ PARKING

Covered garage parking is included at no additional cost. The garage has a 6'8" clearance, and EV charging is available.

★ REGISTRATION & BUILDING ACCESS

A one-time building registration fee of $50 per guest or family unit is payable directly at the front desk upon check-in. Spouses and minor children are counted as one guest.

For stays over 30 nights, a tenant evaluation form is required for building approval. A $100 application fee applies, but the $50 building registration fee will not be charged at check-in.

★ PET POLICY

This is a pet-friendly community. Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet, regardless of breed or size, subject to building requirements.

☀ All pets must be registered with building management
☀ Pets must remain leashed in common areas
☀ Pets may only use common areas for direct ingress and egress

☀ Owners must immediately clean up all pet waste
☀ Excessive barking or other nuisance behavior is not permitted

To register a pet, the building front desk form must be completed along with:

Violations of the building's pet rules may result in fines.

For public transit users, there are three convenient bus lines that pick up in Midtown, and the free trolley service is a fantastic way to navigate the local area. If you prefer a direct ride, ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available to take you to major hubs, including Miami International Airport, which is typically a 20 minute drive away.
