Step into our newly renovated 2-bed, 2-bath apt on the 8th floor, where beautiful views and great amenities await. Unwind in the modern living area with a large new couch, smart TV, and a private balcony for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The space
Welcome to one of the most uniquely renovated units in Hallandale and Hollywood beach.

Situated on the 8th floor, our wonderful condo offers both, city and ocean views. With clean, crisp and meticulous finishes, you are walking into a wonderful and inviting space that will absolutely transform the way you spend your time in South Florida.

- As you walk in, you’ll notice the vibrant and live vibe of the entire home. Huge living room and dining area, along with a beautiful separate, and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

- There are 2 massive bedrooms. One of them with a king sized bed, an en-suite newly renovated bathroom with a stand-up shower and a walk-in closet.

- The other bedroom has 2 double beds, a huge closet and also a huge, newly renovated bathroom as well.

- Carefully handpicked artwork and furniture compliments the entire apartment, along with TVs in the living room and each bedroom.

- There is a Nespresso machine that you may use to enjoy a morning brew!

- The building features a 24hr attended lobby, valet parking, a gym, a game room with a pool table, ping pong, and a private pool. There is also an ATM in the lobby, so you do not have to cross the street and go to 7/11.

- If you'd rather hit the beach, please take the service elevator downstairs, walk outside and take a 1-minute walk down the beach path!

- On Ocean Drive, you’ll find a wonderful selection of restaurants of various and delicious cuisines. Of course, you can always just order in, if you’re worn out from swimming all day!

Had a great stay with friends to attend event over weekend. Had all the essential items for a beach day! Paid laundry located right next door to unit. Self park is available for same price as valet. Did not use pool or other facilities. 7/11 across the street and grocery stores very close.

We've enjoyed staying in Erion's apartment. It is very conveniently located: 2 minutes walk to the beach, and 5 minutes drive away from many restaurants and shops. It is recently renovated in modern style and is very clean, has 2 large bedrooms and each with it's own bathroom. There are beach kit including beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. There is 24-hour management on site, and Erion was fast and efficient responding to our communications.

The space was as advertised. Location was great. Amenities were great as well. Room had plenty of towels, it was an extreme plus that to have beach supplies as well that came in handy. Will definitely look for this location again when we return. Construction in the area was no issues for any of us.

Beautiful Condo

This property was just like the pictures. Everything was clean and well kept. We had an issue with the tub not draining and the host sent a plumber very quickly. The place is large and should be able to accommodate 6 people with no problem. Although we did not cook the kitchen was well stocked. There is a 30 fee with the property for a fob to access certain areas and 10 daily valet parking. Both are paid at check in. Overall our stay was nice and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo!

This was a trip for my son's 16th birthday, and we brought three of his friends. We wanted to stay close to Hollywood Beach, and needed two bedrooms so the boys could all fit. This condo was perfect for us, with a short drive to the Hollywood Broad Walk! Very spacious condo, great property staff (especially the valet parking guys!) and close to everything we needed. Check in was smooth, getting the car in and out of valet parking was a breeze, and we were close to grocery stores and 7/11 for my morning coffee. We used the beach chairs provided a few times, very convenient. The property owner provided detailed instructions for everything so we knew exactly what to do at check in and check out. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. We had more than enough beach and shower towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I did buy extra bathroom tissue and paper towels, because... teenage boys... There was some construction on the building while we were there but we didn't notice while upstairs in the condo. The building is kept very clean, and even when it got busy the elevators came pretty quickly. We had a wonderful stay!

Enjoyable Beach Stay

Enjoyed a family vacation. Beautiful beach, condo equipped with everything you need. Traffic noise. Overall good experience! Staff onsite are very friendly and helpful.

Quick beach getaway

The apartment was very clean, organized, and perfect for 4-5 people. The check in and check out process was very easy and the host is very easy to communicate with. Great location with being able to walk right onto the beach, pool access and grocery stores near by. We loved our stay and have no complaints!

We loved staying at this Vrbo, the checkin process was easy. The owner was communicative, the valet parking was convenient and fast, would stay again.

Very close to beach

Check in was great. Property owner was quick to reply with questions, once we arrived. Some nice beach amenities available. This property is right next to a fire hall so you do hear the sirens when they exit the hall but it seems to only be long enough for them to get onto the roadway and they turn them off. The property could use a couple more places to sit for a 2 bedroom place. The one couch isn't quite enough.
