"Good hotel! The hotel is located nearby bus station and is very easily accessible to the rest of the town. I'd stay here again for the convenience of location. There's a rather loud bar that does live music right next to it, so it wasn't always the quietest."

"Without a doubt this hotel is a credit to its owners. The location is superb and the hotel itself is of a very high standard. However, we had a problem with a meal that I feel was not dealt with in a way that matched the standard of the hotel. Two pieces of plastic were found in the mix of a fish pie that one of my party was eating. Despite dealing with this very discreetly in a very packed bar full of holidaymakers we were not reimbursed nor thanked for our understanding. One week later when I contacted the manager for feedback on how he felt the incident was dealt with I was offered the cost of the fish pie £26!!!! Considering the implications for the hotel, other less alert customers or a child, I feel the customer service was very lacking in this particular incident. I think it is very naïve to expect that our holiday wasn't marred by the disappointment and lack of care shown on what could have been a very serious incident ."
